Andrew Arroyo, 25, crashed his vehicle into a CarMax dealership on La Cienega Boulevard last Saturday, according to authorities.

A man is currently paralyzed and in a coma following the incident, which occurred in Inglewood. The victim sustained a severe brain injury when Arroyo crashed into the dealership shortly after 2 p.m. on Saturday, as stated in a complaint from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

The district attorney's office has charged Arroyo with multiple offenses, including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and vandalism.

In total, 10 individuals were impacted by the crash, with six suffering significant bodily injuries, the district attorney's office reported.

A CarMax spokesperson clarified on Tuesday that, contrary to earlier reports, only one of the injured individuals was an employee of the dealership, not two.
