Officers from the Inglewood Police Department responded to reports of an unresponsive individual in front of the Academy Cathedral, located in the 3100 block of W. Manchester Blvd.
The circumstances surrounding the person's death are currently unknown.
The individual's identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The deceased was found in front of the church at the intersection of Manchester and Crenshaw.
