Shomof Group sells Intuit Dome-adjacent Lüm Hotel for $57 million

During Shomof's ownership, the hotel underwent various enhancements, including the addition of a new gym, pool, and the Cork & Batter restaurant. The 10,000-square-foot Cork & Batter, which opened in 2022, features a three-level design with a rooftop bar.

The Chartres Lodging Group, the new owner of the property, plans to extensively reposition the hotel to establish it as a premier lodging destination catering to the surrounding sports and entertainment district. The hotel's proximity to Los Angeles International Airport may also attract a wide range of visitors.

The transaction was facilitated by Rod Apodaca of RJA Hotels, a boutique brokerage firm that Apodaca founded in May 2021 to provide hotel investment, brokerage, and advisory services.
